TIMBERWOLF FIREWOOD PROCESSORS & CONVEYORS

HOMEOWNER AND AGRICULTURAL MODELS

All TIMBERWOLF splitters are built with the highest quality workmanship and components. Our Homeowner and Agricultural models come on a well-balanced frame with fold-up front leg; log cradles for hands-free splitting; overhead valve Honda engines; tank strainer and hydraulic oil filter for dual filtration on the hydraulic system; and a high-speed wheel for over-the-road towing. All Homeowner and Agricultural models will accept a slip-on four-way wedge to increase production.

HEAVY-DUTY COMMERCIAL MODELS

TIMBERWOLF commercial wood splitters are built with a fast cycle time and heavy tonnage to achieve the production and performance needed in the wood business. With our hydraulically-operated four- and six-way wedges, these models can split up to three cords per hour.

TIMBERWOLF FIREWOOD PROCESSORS

The TW-PRO line of firewood processors gives a single operator the ability to process firewood from the safety and comfort of the operator's station at a rate of 1-1/2 to 3 cords an hour. Powerplant options include Ford gas, Kubota diesel, and John Deere diesel, from 40HP to 80 HP. A PTO powered unit is also available.

TIMBERWOLF CONVEYORS

Our standard-duty firewood conveyors come with a Honda 5.5 HP OHV engine that runs approximately eight hours on a tank of gasoline. The overall height of the conveyor can be adjusted with an eight-ton hand-operated hydraulic jack. TIMBERWOLF conveyors feature heavy steel frame construction and 18-inch-wide, two-ply polyester Ruff Top ™ belting, which slides over continuous strips of polyurethane. Also available with our standard-duty conveyors is Chevron "V" belting, providing reliable transport even in extreme weather conditions. The conveyors feature high-speed DOT approved wheels and tires, and come standard with 2-inch ball coupler.

Our hydraulically operated, heavy-duty, 30-foot firewood conveyor features a 9 HP Honda engine with a 16 GPM pump. The 30-foot HD utilizes a chain drive and cleat transport system, powered from the top sprocket. The heavy-duty steel frame is designed to withstand years of extreme usage.

TIMBERWOLF conveyors are used in a number of applications including firewood, mulch, hay, glass, recycled materials and more. Our conveyors can be powered by electric or gas motors, or can run off of TIMBERWOLF processor hydraulics. Hopper configurations and controls can be customized to meet customer requirements. A horizontal set-up for picking – ideal for recycling – is also available.

The Valley Processor staff has been building processors since 1984 and prior to that had many years of hands-on experience harvesting and processing firewood.

Valley machines are faster by design. A conventional gasoline saw is used to cut the wood and save you money in construction cost. The saw is attached to the processor and requires only one hand to operate. This machine is one-of-a-kind and is brought to you by the leader in firewood innovation, Valley Processors Inc.

PETE Firewood Processors – The convenient way to handle wood for fast, easy and safe cutting, splitting and loading.

PETE provides an overall solution in turning your tree trunks into clean-cut firewood.

PETE offers four models – 1X37, 2X, BigX47 and OH60 – that can be equipped with optional accessories.

Models 1X37, 2X and BigX47 use a chainsaw for cutting; model OH60 uses a circular saw.

The main difference between models 1X37 and 2X is that model 1X37 is equipped with one splitting cylinder for up to Ø 37cm (14.6’’) logs and model 2X is equipped with two splitting cylinders for Ø 28cm (11’’) logs to maximize and speed up the splitting process. Model BigX47 can cut up to Ø 47cm (18.5’’) logs.

Adjustable splitting blades enable standard two- or four-way splitting in all four models. Optional equipment enables up to six-way splitting in models 1X37, 2X and OH60, and up to eight- or 12-way splitting in BigX47.

The length of the loading conveyor varies from 3.2m (10.5 ft) in model OH60 to 4m (13.1 ft) in the other models.

With optional equipment the wood can be fed with a conveyor or if preferred all the operations of the machine can be driven hydraulically.

PETE offers additional advantages such as unobstructed cutting, quick splitting movements, easy maintenance, excellent safety features and easy handling of the conveyor, which also folds up easily for transportation.
